Valve seat rings and valve guides suitable for power plant- and marine diesel engines

We produce valve seat rings from standard materials as well as of stainless steels whose blanks are centrifugal casted. The range of diameters is extending from 65 up to 160 mm. Our valve seat rings are available in all common oversize stages.

The raw material of valve guides - manufactured by SECO - is consisting of high thermal conductive lamellar graphite iron -made in Germany. Although this component appears to be manufactured quite easily, the production process is requring the highest degree of precision due to tight bore tolerances and the demand in concentricity. To comply with these geometric parameters, SECO is using State-of-the-Art machining technologies.

Bearings, bearing shells and bushes for the most common applications on large 4-stroke engines are available ex stock. Our range of products is covering connecting rod-, cam- and rockerarm bearings. Connecting rod bearing shells as well as main bearing shells are also within our scope of supplies. For all required applications, we provide spares, produced by approved manufacturers only.
